In this high-energy, morning intermediate class, we unpack what I've taught the previous Tuesday. This Winter, we're doing backbends. We always aim for longer holds in headstand and shoulder stand, and we explore variations. We'll also address how to build and sustain strength and length in standing and other poses. Register here.
