This is a 60-minute lunchtime class designed to strengthen, lengthen, and relax you. We practice standing, seated/floor, backhanding and forward bending poses, and I teach the beginnings of the inverted postures. Class ends with shoulder stand or a restorative pose. In this class I nearly always teach salamba sirsasana (headstand) or its prep, and/or salamba sarvangasana (shoulder stand) or its prep. Register here.
