This is a 60-minute lunchtime class designed to strengthen, lengthen, and relax you. Versus all my other classes, which are progressive if you want them to be, this class follows the same basic format every time for any level of yoga student. We do standing, seated/floor, inverted, and then one or two restorative poses. Seated/floor poses run the gamut, including everything from twists and backbends, to forward folds. In this class I nearly always teach salamba sirsasana (headstand) or its prep, and salamba sarvangasana (shoulder stand) or its prep. Register here.
